Hangar Space in Palo Alto
Once our plane is finished we need to park it somewhere. Our friend Anawat has a hangar at KPOA where he keeps his Beechcraft Barron. He offered to share the space, the hanger is 55'x35' so it might just fit, but it will be tight!
Just in case we've applied for our own hangar and paid the $500 deposit to Palo Alto. I'm sure the waiting list is long and it will take many years before a hangar becomes available.
Tie down fees are $176/month or $12/day for transient parking. In the worst case we can park the plane outside, luckily the weather is reasonable in Palo Alto.
We'd need to arrange for a canvas cover. Another project!
